1. Our Service

ShifaPlace is a matching platform that connects clients with independent counsellors. We do not provide clinical therapy directly; the contract for therapy is between you and your chosen counsellor.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our service independently. For minors, parental or guardian consent is required.

3. Fees & Payments

Session fees are set by individual counsellors. While ShifaPlace may facilitate the matching, payment terms are agreed upon directly with the counsellor or as specified on our platform.

4. Limitation of Liability

ShifaPlace is not liable for the clinical outcomes of therapy sessions. Our role is limited to the selection, vetting, and matching process of the counsellors on our platform.
