Counsellor Vetting
Every counsellor on our platform undergoes a rigorous vetting process, including verification of professional accreditation, insurance, and enhanced DBS (or equivalent) checks where applicable.

If you have a safeguarding concern regarding a counsellor or user on ShifaPlace, please contact our Safeguarding Officer immediately.
